These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products sold by Toolmark Academy ("we", "us", "our"), including "Your First AI Employee" (the "Guide"). By purchasing or using the Guide, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't purchase or use the Guide.
The Guide is a digital PDF and accompanying worksheets and prompt modules, delivered instantly after checkout. Nothing physical ships. Access is for your own personal or business use only.
The Guide is general educational and informational content about using AI tools in a business. It is not legal, financial, tax, employment, or professional advice, and it isn't a guarantee of any business outcome, time saved, revenue, or results. Any examples, numbers, or case-style illustrations in the Guide or on this site are for illustration only, not a promise of what you'll achieve.
You use the Guide, its prompts, modules, and worksheets entirely at your own risk. AI tools can produce incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate output. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving any AI-generated output before you rely on it, send it to a customer, act on it, or use it in your business in any way.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolmark Academy and its owners, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost time, lost data, business interruption, or third-party claims — arising from or related to your purchase or use of the Guide, any AI tool or agent you configure using it, or any action you take based on its content. This applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where applicable law doesn't allow some or all of the above limitations, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Guide.
The Guide is designed to be used with third-party AI chat tools and platforms that we don't own, operate, or control. We aren't responsible for those tools' availability, pricing, output, accuracy, security, or changes to their terms. Your use of any third-party AI tool is governed by that provider's own terms.
Purchasing or using the Guide doesn't create a consulting, advisory, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and Toolmark Academy.

The Guide, including its text, worksheets, and modules, is owned by Toolmark Academy and licensed to you for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the Guide itself.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Guide after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
